It sounds like you are on the right track. I hope you have an agent or attorney to advise you on the contract you are making with the landlord. Make sure all your zoning and operating permits are in place, liquor license etc. Make sure you have all required insurance, workers comp, and are in compliance with all OSHA and food service regulations. You could talk to some of the other shop owners in the area you are looking at. If it is all in the same shopping center, you can ask how responsive the landlord is and how quickly they fix problems. Ask other shop owners how their business is doing and if there is any marketing association. Other than that, good luck!

No, speed dial is what comes up automatically on a new blank tab. Just hit Ctrl-T (for a new tab) to bring it up. really no concept of a page' as such any more, as browsers like Opera just resume browsing with the tabs you had open when you last shut it down; so the idea is that you just leave the browser at whatever pages you like as your home page (I have about a dozen pages') and there every time you it up.

Spf stands for sun protection factor and is used in sun protecting. products ,spf values indicate the amount in uv radiation needed to produce redness of the skin. It shows the amount of protection versus bare skin,(skin without the sun protecyion product),it is a comparison between the time it will take the skin to begin reddening with and with out protection,if you are in the sun with no protection onlit will take 30 min for your skin to redden;if you were wearing sunscreen with spf 10,it will take 30 times longer(5 hours)for your skin to redden.the higher the spf the longer it will last for,but once you go above spf 15 the time goes up in smaller increment(time) you should use sweat or water proof because,if you swet or get wet have to re apply

It means Sun Protection Factor.

The number represents how much longer you theoretically can stay in the sun without being burned than if you had no SPF on.

Like if you have no cream on and burn in 5 mins, if you wear sun Protection Factor 20 you would be able to stay in the sun for 100 mins.

You need to reapply regularly to achieve best results.

You might do well to try a tight round, made for lining and shading, reduce the speed on your machine by lengthening the stroke, and keep your power at about seven volts. You could try a flat or a tight shader, also are you using a stacked mag or a standard mag? Ink also has a lot to do with it. I personally like Starbrite Tribal black or "ONE" black ink they give that smooth black look that your wanting however the Starbrite ink is quite pricey. As for techniques, just make sure your helping the machine push the ink in by holding it at a slight angle not straight up and down where your machine is doing all the work. Hope this helps.

I think you could be sued, but take my word on it since not a lawyer. I also kinda wonder this my self. Apple claims Mac Os X is "The most advanced operating system". that kinda saying the same thing as you want? Not sure how you could back it up. firstly generally,

Market order means to buy / sell at current price

buy limit order means to buy at the limit price or lower.

sell limit order means to sell at the limit price or higher.

Are you using MT4?

Anyway since you are doing DEMO, why you experiment?

If it is a market order, you will see your order appear in the at the current price.

Pending orders will requrie you to specify a entry price and if you place it, it will appear at the price you specified.

leveraging is when you borrow money at a fixed interest rate and you then invest the borrowed money in the hope that your money grows faster then the interest rate on your borrowed money. if your investment does grow faster you can pay back the borrowed money and keep the profits you made off the investment. in other words you can make money from investing other peoples money. this could backfire because if your investment falters you still need to pay back the borrowed money. this is why the derivatives and the credit default swaps caused the housing market to fail. the derivatives are comprised of these high risk investments. foreign exchange leveraging is just leveraging used in the market for currency.

Hard to say much about it without seeing.

Most flexible jewellery acrylic, which is good.
